Day 23 of 30 — The Secret to Connection with God
Day 23 is a simple but powerful reset: start prayer by asking Jesus to teach you how to pray. In Luke 11:1, the disciples saw something real in Jesus—an intimacy and strength that came from His connection with the Father—so they didn’t ask for a strategy, they asked for a relationship lesson: “Lord, teach us to pray.”
The heart of this video is that you don’t have to “know how” before you begin. You can begin with one honest sentence: “Lord, teach me to pray.” That request is humility, hunger, and surrender all at once. It’s also a way of telling God, “Put in me what I don’t have on my own. Work into me what is pleasing in Your sight.” Prayer isn’t mainly a religious performance or a list of requests—it’s receiving God Himself through relationship, learning His presence, and growing in real conversation with your Father.
The enemy would love to drain you of joy, discourage you, and convince you you’re not “good at prayer.” But today’s challenge is to refuse that lie. Prayer can be as simple as talking to your best friend—honest, open, and real—while still honoring God as Lord through worship and gratitude.
Personal takeaways:
Start your ten minutes with: “Jesus, teach me to pray.”
Add: “Holy Spirit, help me pray”—and trust He will.
Don’t aim for perfect words; aim for real connection.
Keep showing up—God meets hunger with presence.
